**Ihre Aufgaben**

* Gesamtverantwortung für das Supply Chain Management, vom Einkauf über den Vertriebsinnendienst bis zur Lagerlogistik * Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines engagierten Teams sowie Optimierung der operativen Abläufe * Verantwortung für Budgetierung, Reporting, Kennzahlen und betriebswirtschaftliche Auswertungen * Aktive Mitgestaltung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen sowie Weiterentwicklung der ERP-, CRM- und Stammdatenlandschaft * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung sowie Unterstützung bei strategischen Projekten und Unternehmensentscheidungen * Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern, Revisionsstellen sowie internationalen Lieferanten * Sicherstellung regulatorischer und qualitätsrelevanter Anforderungen

**Ihr Profil**

* Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HF, FH oder Universität) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * Mehrjährige Führungs- und Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Operations, Administration oder Business Support * Ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis sowie Erfahrung mit ERP- und CRM-Systemen * Analytische, strukturierte und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit hoher Umsetzungskompetenz * Kommunikationsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit mit einer pragmatischen Hands-on-Mentalität * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
