Aufgaben ###

\- Sie tragen gemeinsam mit ihrer Stellenpartnerin die Verantwortung für die individuelle Förderung von vier Schüler\innen einer Klasse im Zyklus 3 - Sie planen ihren Unterricht selbständig und dokumentieren nach internen Vorgaben - Sie sind in engem Austausch mit der anderen Klassenlehrperson - Sie arbeiten mit dem interdisziplinären Team, dem Internat und mit den Eltern konstruktiv zusammen und beteiligen sich an der Schul- und Qualitätsentwicklung - Sie nehmen an internen Fachberatungen, Fortbildungen und Anlässen teil - Sie leiten Praktikant\innen an

Anforderungen ###

\- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in klinischer oder schulischer Heilpädagogik oder Lehrperson mit Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern mit Mehrfachbehinderungen und/oder die Bereitschaft sich das notwendige Knowhow zu erwerben - Eine selbständige und flexible Persönlichkeit mit Humor, Einfühlungsvermögen und Teamgeist - Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit komplexen Behinderungen/ASS - Erfahrung mit TEACCH und UK Voraussetzung und Kenntnisse im Bereich des Affolter-Modells von Vorteil - Hohe Belastbarkeit und Freude an der Förderung von Schüler\*innen mit herausforderndem Verhalten
