Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du unterstützt bei der Durchführung von Compliance-Risikoanalysen sowie bei der Beurteilung regulatorischer Fragestellungen
  • Du wirkst bei der Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung des Compliance-Frameworks mit und erhältst Einblicke in Kontrollprozesse
  • Du analysierst Sachverhalte, führst Recherchen durch und bereitest Erkenntnisse adressatengerecht für verschiedene Stakeholder auf
  • Du unterstützt bei der Ausarbeitung von Stellungnahmen, Berichten und Entscheidungsvorlagen für Fachbereiche und Management
  • Du arbeitest bei der Beurteilung neuer regulatorischer Anforderungen mit und begleitest deren Umsetzung innerhalb von PostFinance.
  • Du stehst in Kontakt mit internen Fachstellen und lernst das Zusammenspiel von Compliance, Risikomanagement, Legal und Business kennen

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast einen Bachelorabschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Rechts- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften, der bei Programmbeginn nicht länger als zwei Jahre zurückliegt oder befindest dich mindestens im 4. Semester deines Bachelorstudiums
  • Interesse an Compliance-, Risiko- und Governance-Themen im Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Fragestellungen strukturiert zu bearbeiten
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude daran, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
