**Deine Aufgaben**

* Du denkst \& planst mit im Tagesgeschäft des Stabs (z. B. Triage Postfächer, Terminorganisation, Aufbereitung von Statistiken, Protokollführung ...). * Du arbeitest mit bei politischen Geschäften, Berichten, Stellungnahmen \& Entscheidungsgrundlagen (Vor- und Nachbereitung, Koordination). * Du erarbeitest Unterlagen für interne und externe Gremien (wie z. B. Leitungssitzungen, Regierungsrat, Kommissionen, ...). * Du arbeitest an laufenden Projekten mit strategischem, organisatorischem oder politischem Bezug mit. * Du unterstützt bei bereichsübergreifenden Fragestellungen innerhalb des Amtes bzw. der Direktion.

**Dein Profil**

* Idealerweise Studium im Bereich Public Management, Politikwissenschaft, Bildungs- oder Sozialwissenschaft, Kommunikation oder verwandtes Fachgebiet * Interesse an politischen Prozessen \& Verwaltungsabläufen * Strukturiertes Denken \& Prozessverständnis * Selbstständige, engagierte Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe. * Stilsicheres Deutsch (C1/C2). Französischkenntnisse (B2/C1) von Vorteil.
