Als thematisch breit aufgestelltes Team verantworten wir bei Governance & Regulatory Affairs verschiedene Querschnittsthemen und sorgen dafür, dass PostFinance verantwortungsvoll und im Einklang mit regulatorischen Anforderungen geführt wird. So verfolgen wir proaktiv die politischen Geschehnisse, prüfen neue Gesetzesentwicklungen und Regulierungsvorschläge und stellen die politische Interessenvertretung der Bank sicher. Wir fördern integres Verhalten im Alltag und bieten klare und praktikable Governance-Strukturen. Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du verfolgst und prüfst im Rahmen des Regulatory Monitoring regulatorische und politische Entwicklungen auf ihre Relevanz für PostFinance, führst Abklärungen durch und sorgst fürs Reporting sowie die adressatengerechte Information der (primär internen) Stakeholder
  • Du entwickelst die fachliche Nutzung der Applikation fürs Regulatory Monitoring in Abstimmung mit weiteren internen Fachstellen weiter
  • Du erstellst Interessenkonfliktprüfungen im Zusammenhang mit Mandaten (inkl. Dokumentation und Gremientraktandierung) und kümmerst dich um die Verhaltenskodex-Mailbox
  • Du wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung der Fachbereiche Public Affairs und Regulatory Monitoring sowie Integrity Management mit
  • Du kannst dich daneben, je nach Interesse und Fähigkeiten, in weiteren Themen des Teams einbringen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast einen Bachelorabschluss in Wirtschafts-, Rechts- oder Politikwissenschaften, der bei Programmbeginn nicht länger als zwei Jahre zurückliegt oder befindest dich mindestens im 4. Semester deines Bachelorstudiums
  • Analytische, vernetzte Denkweise sowie sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksweise, idealerweise mit gutem Verständnis regulatorischer Fragestellungen oder des Gesetzgebungsprozesses
  • Grosses Interesse am Zusammenspiel von Wirtschaft, Politik und Recht sowie Offenheit für die breiten Aufgaben einer Bank
  • Exakte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative sowie Bereitschaft über den eigenen Tellerrand hinaus zu denken
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
