Als Teil von HR Business Excellence verbindet HR Digital Menschen, Prozesse, Daten und Technologie, um die Arbeit im HR einfacher, smarter und wirkungsvoller zu machen. Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du arbeitest bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von digitalen Lösungen für HR-Prozesse mit
  • Du entwickelst verständliche Hilfsmittel und Enabling-Angebote zu Digitalisierung & AI im HR, führst diese gemeinsam mit uns durch und unterstützt HR-Fachpersonen dabei, digitale Tools, Daten und AI sicher und wirkungsvoll einzusetzen
  • Du unterstützt bei Datenauswertungen und Reportings und hilfst mit, relevante Informationen verständlich weiterzuverarbeiten
  • Du prüfst gemeinsam mit uns und den HR-Fachbereichen, wie sich Datenanalysen, Prozesse und Arbeitsweisen digitalisieren oder vereinfachen lassen und bringst dein Wissen dazu ein

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast einen Bachelorabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Digital Business, Business/Data Analytics, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, der bei Programmbeginn nicht länger als zwei Jahre zurückliegt oder befindest dich mindestens im 4. Semester deines Bachelorstudiums
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit digitalen Tools (Microsoft 365/Copilot), Daten, Prozessoptimierung oder AI von Vorteil
  • Freude am selbstständigen Arbeiten und ein Flair fürs verständliche Aufbereiten und Präsentieren der Themen rund um Tools, Daten und digitalen Lösungen
  • Vernetzte und lösungsorientierte Denkweise, Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägtes Teamplay
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
