Bern

Die Bau\- und Verkehrsdirektion (BVD) gestaltet Lebens\- und Arbeitsräume in Themen wie , Mobilität, Umwelt, Strassen oder Immobilien massgeblich mit. Wir unterstützen die Fachbereiche mit Dienstleistungen rund um die Personalentwicklung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erste Abklärungen bei neuen Fragestellungen oder Themen
  • Vorbereiten, Durchführen und Nachbereiten von Schulungen, Team\- oder Kaderanlässen etc.
  • Vorbereiten, Durchführen und Nachbereiten von Führungsfeedbacks und anderen Befragungen
  • Mitarbeit in laufenden Projekten der Mitarbeitenden\- oder Führungsentwicklung
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Begleitung von Vorgesetzten in der Rekrutierung
  • Organisieren der Rahmenangebote für den Pool der Hochschulpraktika
  • Prozessoptimierung im eigenen Fachbereich inkl. Festigung des Rollenverständnisses
  • Support in der Berufsbildung für wiederkehrende Anlässe wie Zukunfts\- oder Berufsbildendentag

Dein Profil

  • Im Masterstudium oder kurz nach Abschluss
  • Schwerpunkt in Arbeits\- und Organisationspsychologie bzw. Personalmanagement
  • Bereitschaft Verantwortung zu übernehmen; hohe Dienstleistungs\- und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse

Über das Personalmanagement der BVD

Das Personalmanagement ist Teil des Generalsekretariats (GS) und begleitet und unterstützt die Führungskräfte der Direktion aktiv in allen Fragen rund um die Mitarbeitenden. Das beinhaltet sämtliche Prozesse von der Personalplanung und der Rekrutierung über die Betreuung, Ausbildung und Entwicklung bis zur Trennung.
