Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du unterstützt Vorhaben von der Initiierung bis zum Abschluss und lernst dabei Prozesse, Methoden und Governance der Innovations- und Projektumsetzung bei PostFinance kennen
  • Du koordinierst interdisziplinäre Teams und förderst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Business, IT und weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Du schaffst Transparenz über Fortschritt, Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Zielerreichung und unterstützt dadurch fundierte Entscheidungen auf allen Ebenen
  • Die Überwachung des Projektfortschritts sowie die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Qualitätsanforderungen und vereinbarten Zielen gelingt dir problemlos
  • Du begleitest die Einführung neuer Technologien und leistest einen Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung zukunftsfähiger Plattformen und Services
  • Du interessierst dich für transformative Initiativen aus den Bereichen Risk, Compliance & Legal, Finance, Corporate Development & People und IT & Operations und es gelingt dir dich in unterschiedliche Themen einzudenken

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast einen Bachelorabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, -ingenieurwesen oder –informatik, der bei Programmbeginn nicht länger als zwei Jahre zurückliegt oder befindest dich mindestens im 4. Semester deines Bachelorstudiums
  • Grosses Interesse, grundlegendes Verständnis oder erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Projektmanagement
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation gepaart mit starken Teamplayer-Qualitäten; Bereitschaft zur gemeinsamen Problemlösung in Projektteams
  • Freude an der Koordination und Steuerung von Projektteams und der Förderung des interdisziplinären Austauschs
  • Stufengerechte Kommunikation sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte klar und verständlich zu kommunizieren und zu präsentieren
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
