Mission

Dans le cadre de cette fonction, rattachée à la Division Horlogerie, vous aurez la responsabilité de réaliser les opérations de virolage, pitonnage et mise en forme du spiral sur tout type de balanciers spiraux acier (plats et avec courbe de 1839 à nos jours) selon les critères de qualité Patek . En parallèle, vous serez garant du savoir\-faire sur les spiraux acier que vous transmettrez dans le cadre de formations.

Responsabilités

  • Réaliser de manière traditionnelle les opérations de virolage, pitonnage et mise en forme du spiral (spiral plat ou avec courbe ).
  • Assurer le contrôle esthétique, technique et dimensionnel du balancier spiral afin d'en garantir la conformité selon nos critères qualité.
  • Réaliser les analyses et études nécessaires afin de refaire des spiraux pour les pièces historiques.
  • Transmettre son savoir\-faire dans le cadre de formations afin d'accompagner les horlogers dans l'acquisition des compétences nécessaires aux métiers liés aux spiraux et aux organes réglant.

Profil recherché

  • CFC d'Horloger ou formation jugée équivalente.
  • 10 ans d'expérience minimum sur la production de balanciers spiraux acier.
  • Maitrise avérée des techniques traditionnel liées au spiral.
  • Connaissance approfondie des mouvements et des organes réglant.
  • Dextérité manuelle et précision gestuelle élevées.
  • Aisance à communiquer de manière constructive.
  • Expériences dans la pédagogie de formation et la transmission de son savoir\-faire.
  • Excellent sens de l'analyse, rigueur, autonomie et sens des responsabilités.
