Do you love hospitality? Wir suchen per sofort eine motivierte, selbstständige und gewinnende Persönlichkeit zur Ergänzung unseres Office-Teams in unserem kleinen, persönlich geführten Boutique Hotel im Zürcher Seefeld.

Sie haben Freude am Umgang mit internationalen Gästen, arbeiten gerne selbstständig und übernehmen Verantwortung? Dann erwartet Sie bei uns eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit, bei der kein Tag ganz gleich ist.

Das sind Sie Sie arbeiten selbstständig, speditiv und exakt und übernehmen während Ihrer Einsätze gerne Verantwortung. Sie behalten auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick und treten souverän und freundlich auf. Sie sind teamfähig, flexibel und zuverlässig und haben Freude daran, bei Bedarf ein kleines Team vor Ort zu koordinieren. Sie sind bereit, gelegentlich an Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu arbeiten. Sie wohnen im Grossraum Zürich. Deutsch ist Ihre Muttersprache, zudem verfügen Sie über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil. Sie sind praktisch veranlagt, denken lösungsorientiert und handeln stets im Sinne eines erfolgreichen Hotelbetriebs. Sie verfügen über gute Mac-Anwenderkenntnisse und sind mit digitalen Arbeitsprozessen vertraut. Erfahrung in der Hotellerie ist von Vorteil. Ihre vielseitige Aufgabe

In dieser Allround-Funktion verbinden Sie Frontoffice und Backoffice. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

Empfang und persönliche Betreuung unserer internationalen Gäste Check-in und Check-out sowie Unterstützung beim Self-Check-in Bearbeitung von Reservationen und Buchungsanfragen E-Mail- und Telefonverkehr Gästekorrespondenz Fakturierung und administrative Aufgaben allgemeine Backoffice-Arbeiten Unterstützung und Koordination des Teams während Ihrer Einsätze selbstständige Organisation des laufenden Hotelbetriebs vor Ort Das bieten wir eine angenehme Arbeitsumgebung in einem kleinen, familiären Team eine internationale und sympathische Gästeklientel eine abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit in einem persönlich geführten Boutique Hotel viel Selbstständigkeit und kurze Entscheidungswege ein Pensum von 30–50 %, vergütet auf Stundenlohnbasis regelmässige Einsätze mittwochs und donnerstags, zusätzlich 2–3 Wochenend-Einsätze pro Monat sowie Ferienvertretungen Arbeitszeiten in der Regel ca. 8.30–14 Uhr; ab 14 Uhr arbeitet unser Hotel mit Self-Check-in Arbeitsbeginn und Einarbeitung per sofort branchenübliche Entlöhnung
