Stellenbeschreibung ##

Bist du organisiert, kommunizierst gerne mit Menschen und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick? Dann suchen wir genau dich!

  • Bearbeitung und Koordination von Arbeits- und Aufenthaltsbewilligungen
  • Bearbeitung von Unfall- und Krankmeldungen
  • Allgemeine HR-Administration und Pflege der Personaldaten
  • Unterstützung und Begleitung des gesamten Rekrutierungsprozesses
  • Prüfung von Bewerbungen
  • Koordination von Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Mitarbeitenden und Bewerber
  • Betreuung und Beratung von ausgewählten Kunden
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und administrativen Anliegen
  • Koordination zwischen Kunden, Mitarbeitenden und internen Stellen
  • Pflege und Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben

Wir erwarten ##

  • Erfahrung im HR, Personalwesen, Recruiting oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und gutes Gespür für Prioritäten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Tools
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
