HR\-Assistent\*in 60\-100% \- per sofort ========================================

Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbstständiges Abwickeln sämtlicher administrativer HR\-Prozesse vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Unterstützen im gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess, vom Veröffentlichen der Stelleninserate über die Bewerberkorrespondenz bis zum Koordinieren von Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • Erstellen von Arbeitsverträgen und weiteren Personaldokumenten sowie Koordinieren der Eintrittsformalitäten
  • Pflegen und Aktualisieren der Personaldossiers und HR\-Systeme sowie Bearbeiten sämtlicher personeller Veränderungen
  • Verwalten und Kontrollieren von Arbeitszeiten, Ferien, Absenzen und weiteren personalrelevanten Daten
  • Erstellen von Austrittsunterlagen, Arbeitszeugnissen und Referenzen sowie Abwickeln der Austrittsformalitäten
  • Unterstützen und Beraten von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften bei administrativen Personalfragen
  • Mitarbeit beim Erstellen von Auswertungen, Statistiken und HR\-Dokumenten sowie Unterstützen bei HR\-Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung als HR\-Assistent\*in
  • Berufserfahrung in der Personaladministration
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit HR\-Systemen und MS Office
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau C2\)
