Für ein familiengeführtes Unternehmen im Grossraum Basel sind wir aktuell auf der Suche nach einer/einem Sachbearbeiter/in Personaladministration 70-100%. Die Stelle dient der Entlastung des bestehenden HR Teams aufgrund eines Krankheitsfalls. Der Stellenantritt wäre per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung. Die Stelle soll aktuell temporär für einen Zeitraum von etwa vier Monaten besetzt werden - eine Verlängerung ist je nach Interessen und Fähigkeiten des Bewerbenden möglich. 

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie unterstützen administrativ bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Ein- und Austritten
  • Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von Standards und Vorlage, zudem verfassen Sie Arbeitszeugnisse sowie Verträge selbstständig
  • In der Zeiterfassung unterstützen Sie tatkräftig und stehen den Abteilungsleitern bei Fragen zur Verfügung
  • Im administrativen Bewerbermanagement übernehmen Sie eine aktive Rolle und kümmern sich um die Vorselektion, Terminkoordination und Vorbereitung der Interviews

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Im Anschluss an Ihre kaufmännische Grundausbildung haben Sie die Weiterbildung zum/zur HR-Assistent/in erfolgreich bestanden
  • Bestenfalls haben Sie erste Erfahrung im HR sammeln können, Kenntnisse im kaufmännischen oder administrativen Bereich werden vorausgesetzt 
  • Deutsch ist Ihre Muttersprache, gute Französischkenntnisse vervollständigen Ihr Profil
  • Sie sind eine offene und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, die den Kontakt mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechgruppen schätzt
