Die CORTI SPLEISS Gruppe vereint fünf eigenständige Tochterunternehmen mit spezialisierten Fachkräften aus den Bereichen Baumeisterarbeiten, Beratung, Planung sowie Projekt\- und Bauleitung.

Als zentrale Dienstleisterin der Gruppe unterstützt die CORTI SPLEISS Management AG ihre Schwestergesellschaften in sämtlichen administrativen Belangen und stellt gruppenweit effiziente und professionelle Strukturen sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung des HR\-Teams im operativenTagesgeschäft
  • Organisation und Koordination von On\- undOffboarding\-Prozessen
  • Erstellen von Arbeitszeugnissen, \-verträgenund Vereinbarungen
  • Ansprechpartner/in für Mitarbeitende beiadministrativen HR\-Fragen
  • Verwaltung des Abwesenheits\- undZeitmanagementsystems
  • Unterstützung bei der monatlichenLohnverarbeitung
  • Bearbeitung von Krankheits\- undUnfallmeldungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Sozialversicherungenund Ämtern (AHV/IV/EO, Quellensteuer)
  • Anmeldung von Weiterbildungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Personalrekrutierung(Inserate, Vorselektion)
  • Mitwirkung im Berufsbildungs\- undLehrlingswesen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännischeGrundausbildung EFZ oder vergleichbar
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung alsHR\-Assistent/in
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung imPersonalwesen
  • Abacus\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse des Schweizer Arbeitsrechts unddes Landesmantelvertrags (LMV)
  • Selbständige, strukturierte undlösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
