Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und kompetente Fachperson. Während des Mutterschaftsurlaubs unserer Kollegin übernehmen Sie eine vielseitige und verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe. Die Stelle ist befristet bis Ende September 2027\.

Aufgaben

  • Sie stellen ein professionelles HR\-Management im Betreuungsbereich sicher und stehen Führungskräften sowie Mitarbeitenden als kompetente Ansprechperson beratend zur Seite.
  • Sie führen den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess und begleiten die Einführung der neuen Mitarbeitenden während der Probezeit.
  • Sie verantworten die Ein\- und Austrittsformalitäten, führen die Personaldossiers (inkl. Archivierung), erstellen Zwischen\-/Arbeitszeugnisse sowie Arbeitsbestätigungen und erledigen allgemeine Korrespondenz.
  • Sie bewirtschaften und überwachen die Absenzen, betreuen Mitarbeitende bei Case Management Fällen und beraten die Führungskräfte sowie Mitarbeitenden bezüglich Sozialversicherungen.
  • Sie unterstützen den Leiter Human Resources in administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen.

Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich HRM (HR\-Fachfrau/\-mann mit eidg. Fachausweis)
  • Mehrjährige HR\-Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion, Erfahrung in der öffentlichen Verwaltung von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsverständnis, Eigeninitiative, selbständige Arbeitsweise und stilsicheres Deutsch
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS\-Office, SAP HCM und SAP SF
  • Kommunikative, flexible, belastbare und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
