Du bist teamfähig, proaktiv und scheust administrative Tätigkeiten nicht? Dann bist du beim HR MBA genau richtig. Du bist zusammen mit deiner Kollegin zentrale Ansprechstelle für alle HR-Themen für die Abteilung Berufs, Studien- und Laufbahnberatung (BIZ Kanton Bern) des Mittelschul- und Berufsbildungsamts. Die Stelle ist vorläufig befristet bis am 31. Dezember 2027 mit Option auf Verlängerung.

**Deine Aufgaben**

* Du bist verantwortlich für die Beratung und Betreuung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in arbeitsrechtlichen, sozialen und anstellungsbezogenen Themen über den gesamten HR Life Cycle hinweg. * Dabei wickelst du auch alle dazugehörenden administrativen Tätigkeiten ab. * Du berätst die Linie als Sparring-Partner/in bei diversen Fragen zur Organisation und Zusammenarbeit. * Im HR-Team arbeitest du eng mit deinen Kolleginnen im BIZ zusammen und tauschst dich regelmässig mit deinen Kolleginnen am Standort des MBA aus. * Du arbeitest an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der HR-Prozesse und in HR-Projekten mit.

**Dein Profil**

* Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Grundausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung im Personalbereich (HR Fachfrau / HR-Fachmann) und ausgewiesener Praxiserfahrung von 3 bis 5 Jahren. * Als empathische, überzeugungsstarke Persönlichkeit bringst du Freude an der Übernahme von Verantwortung mit. * Kommunikativ bist du stark -- Deutsch mündlich und schriftlich stilsicher, Französisch sprichst du sehr gut (mind. B2). * Du bist IT-affin und arbeitest pragmatisch, lösungsorientiert und strukturiert.

Das Mittelschul- und Berufsbildungsamt der Bildungs- und Kulturdirektion ist das zentrale Dienstleistungszentrum zu Gunsten aller Ausbildungspartner auf der Sekundarstufe II, in der höheren Berufsbildung, in der Weiterbildung und in der Berufs-, Studien- und Laufbahnberatung. Es fördert die Angebots- und Qualitätsentwicklung im Rahmen der Gesetzgebung und ist zuständig für die Steuerung und Überwachung von Finanzmitteln und Qualitätsindikatoren bei den Schulen der Sekundarstufe II.

Das HR berät und unterstützt die Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden des Amtes sowie das Verwaltungspersonal und die Schulleitungen der kantonalen Berufsfachschulen und Mittelschulen.
