HR Berater/\-in 80\-100% (m/w/d) ================================

Deine Aufgaben: ---------------

  • Du berätst Führungskräfte an unseren zahlreichen Standorten in anspruchsvollen Personalfragen und unterstützt den Bereich HR als Ganzes
  • Als Teil des Gruppen\-HR bist du als Sparringpartner, Ideengeber und Umsetzer geschätzt und in sämtlichen Phasen des Employee Life Cycle gefragt
  • Du bringst dich aktiv in die operative HR\-Beratung ein und unterstützt bei vielfältigen Fragestellungen rund um den Employee Life Cycle
  • Im Rahmen der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung bist du regelmässig in Projektarbeit eingebunden
  • Am Hauptsitz arbeitest du in operativen Themen eng mit den Bereichen Payroll und HR\-Support zusammen

Was dich auszeichnet: ---------------------

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung zum/zur HR\-Fachmann/\-frau werden vorausgesetzt
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer operativen HR\-Generalistenfunktion mit fundierten Kenntnisse entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycle, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations\- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift sowie stilsicheres Deutsch, gute Kenntnisse in einer weiteren Landessprache
  • Ausgeprägte Resilienz, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, vernetztes Denken und ausgeprägte Priorisierungsfähigkeit mit der Fähigkeit, eine Vielzahl an Themen gleichzeitig und effizient zu bearbeiten
  • Idealerweise nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Leitung kleinerer und mittlerer HR\-Projekte sowie ausgeprägte Teamplayer\- und Hands\-on\-Mentalität
  • Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Reisetätigkeit innerhalb der Schweiz
