Ihre Aufgaben

  • Coaching und Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in anspruchsvollen Situationen, insbesondere bei Konflikten sowie Leistungs\- und Verhaltensthemen
  • Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in personellen und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Betreuung des betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements (BGM) sowie Koordination der beruflichen Reintegration in Zusammenarbeit mit Vorgesetzten und Versicherungspartnern
  • Unterstützung bei personellen und organisatorischen Veränderungsprozessen
  • Mitarbeit in HR\-Projekten sowie Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von HR\-Prozessen
  • Mitwirkung bei Lohnprozessen und lohnrelevanten Fragestellungen

Ihr Profil

* Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung zur HR\-Fachperson mit eidg. Fachausweis oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation * Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren HR\-Funktion mit; Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen ist von Vorteil * Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht und bewegen sich sicher in anspruchsvollen personellen Fragestellungen * Mit Ihrer ausgeprägten Beratungs\- und Kommunikationskompetenz treten Sie gegenüber Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden sicher, professionell und stufengerecht auf * Sie zeichnen sich durch eine selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus * Auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen bewahren Sie den Überblick, setzen Prioritäten und vertreten Ihre Haltung klar sowie konstruktiv * Eine hohe Sozialkompetenz, Diskretion, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität zeichnen Sie aus * Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie über einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen HR\-Systemen Bewerbungen von Stellenvermittlern können für diese Stelle nicht berücksichtigt werden!
