Job Description ##

En tant que HR Business Partner, vous agissez comme un véritable partenaire de confiance auprès des managers et des collaborateurs. Vos principales responsabilités comprennent :

  • Accompagner les managers sur les enjeux liés aux collaborateurs, à l'organisation et aux effectifs.
  • Traduire les besoins opérationnels en solutions RH concrètes et adaptées.
  • Conseiller et coacher les managers sur les sujets de leadership, de performance, de développement et de relations collaborateurs.
  • Gérer des situations RH complexes et sensibles avec pragmatisme, confidentialité et discernement.
  • Veiller à l'application du droit suisse du travail, des politiques internes et des processus RH.
  • Accompagner les changements organisationnels et les projets de transformation.
  • Contribuer à la gestion des talents, aux plans de succession et au développement des compétences.
  • Soutenir les activités de recrutement, d'intégration et de rétention des collaborateurs en collaboration avec les équipes concernées.
  • Piloter et accompagner les principaux processus RH annuels, notamment les évaluations de performance, les revues de talents et les plans de développement.
  • Maintenir une forte proximité avec les équipes et développer des relations de confiance à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
  • Participer à des projets RH et à des initiatives d'amélioration continue visant à renforcer l'expérience collaborateur et l'efficacité de la fonction RH.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes RH locales et internationales.

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Une formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines, gestion d'entreprise ou dans un domaine similaire.
  • Une expérience confirmée en tant que HR Business Partner ou dans une fonction RH généraliste avec une forte dimension de conseil auprès du management.
  • Une très bonne connaissance du droit suisse du travail et des pratiques RH en Suisse.
  • Une expérience dans un environnement opérationnel, industriel ou dynamique, constituant un réel atout.
  • Une expérience solide en relations collaborateurs, accompagnement des managers, gestion de la performance et changement organisationnel.
  • Une capacité à gérer des situations complexes et sensibles avec confidentialité, discernement et pragmatisme.
  • D'excellentes compétences en communication, conseil et gestion des parties prenantes.
  • Une approche terrain, autonome et orientée solutions, associée à une bonne compréhension des enjeux business.
  • Une capacité à collaborer efficacement dans un environnement international.
  • Une excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais. Toute langue supplémentaire constitue un atout.
