Pour notre client, une institution établie dans le secteur de la santé dans la région de l-Emmental, nous recherchons à convenir un partenaire RH / une partenaire RH à 80%. Vous attend une fonction RH responsable avec beaucoup d-autonomie et de marge de manœuvre. Le lieu de travail est facilement accessible tant en voiture qu-en transports publics.

Vos tâches chez le nouvel employeur

  • Vous conseillez et accompagnez les cadres dans toutes les questions stratégiques et opérationnelles RH tout au long du cycle de vie des employés et assurez un accompagnement professionnel et prévoyant de vos domaines
  • En cas de situations complexes en personnel telles que conflits, séparations et questions de droit du travail, vous apportez un conseil et accompagnez les cadres dans l-élaboration et la mise en œuvre de mesures appropriées
  • Vous participez aux plans de succession, aux questions de personnel et de budget ainsi qu-aux processus de changement, analysez les indicateurs RH pertinents et en déduisez, avec les responsables, des mesures concrètes
  • Le développement continu et l-optimisation des processus RH et des outils de gestion ainsi que la participation à des projets RH et la prise en charge de sujets spécialisés complètent votre domaine de tâches varié

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous disposez au minimum d-une formation continue achevée dans le domaine RH au niveau de l-examen professionnel, une qualification supérieure au niveau FH comme CAS ou MAS est un avantage
  • Vous apportez plusieurs années d-expérience dans une fonction RH consultative ainsi que des connaissances approfondies du droit du travail suisse, une expérience dans le secteur de la santé est un plus supplémentaire
  • Vous avez une bonne compréhension économique et organisationnelle, pensez de manière interconnectée et orientée processus et maîtrisez l-utilisation de MS Office
  • Une grande autonomie, de fortes compétences en communication et en conseil ainsi qu-une volonté de contribuer, de la discrétion et une personnalité réfléchie et responsable vous caractérisent
