Einleitung

Für unseren Kunden, ein international tätiges Industrie-KMU mit Schweizer Wurzeln und moderner Unternehmenskultur, suchen wir dich als erfahrene HR-Persönlichkeit. In dieser Schlüsselrolle agierst du als strategischer Sparringspartner für Führungskräfte und gestaltest die HR-Arbeit national sowie international aktiv mit.

Aufgaben

  • Du berätst Führungskräfte strategisch und operativ in der Schweiz sowie in internationalen Einheiten
  • Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen und -Standards
  • Du bist eine vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Management in allen HR-Themen
  • Du initiierst und implementierst HR-Projekte (z.-B. Digitalisierung, Employer Branding, Prozessverbesserungen)
  • Du gestaltest aktiv Change-, Organisations- und Personalentwicklungsinitiativen mit
  • Du bringst Impulse zur Professionalisierung und strategischen Ausrichtung des HR-Bereichs ein
  • Du arbeitest in bereichsübergreifenden HR-Initiativen entsprechend deiner Erfahrung mit

Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit fundierter HR-Weiterbildung (z.-B. eidg. HR-Fachausweis oder vergleichbar)
  • Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als HR Business Partner in einem internationalen Umfeld mit
  • Du denkst betriebswirtschaftlich, strategisch und vernetzt
  • Du kommunizierst stilsicher auf Deutsch und sehr gut bis verhandlungssicher auf Englisch (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert
  • Du hast eine hohe digitale Affinität und Interesse an modernen HR-Instrumenten
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft-365-Anwendungen
  • Du überzeugst mit souveränem Auftreten, hoher Beratungskompetenz und Vertrauenswürdigkeit
