HR Business Partnerin (w/m/d) 80\-100%

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung der qualitativen und quantitativen Durchführung aller operativer HR\-Prozesse von A\-Z (Rekrutierung, Betreuung, Entwicklung und Trennung)
  • Aufbau eines nachhaltigen Relationship Managements auf Stufe Kader und Mitarbeitende
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Vorgesetzte in allen HR\-relevanten Fragestellungen
  • Umsetzung strategischer HR\-Initiativen und \-Projekte im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen HR Business Partnern und dem HR Service Center (Payroll, Administration und Systeme)
  • Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen in der Organisation und Weiterentwicklung von Führungspersonen und Mitarbeitenden
  • Umsetzung und Begleitung von HR\-Projekten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossen Weiterbildung als HR\-Fachfrau/\-man mit eidg. FA oder adäquate HR\-Weiterbildung und fundierte Berufserfahrung im HR in einer ähnlichen Funktion
  • Projektleitungserfahrung oder entsprechendes Potenzial
  • Hohe IT\-Affinität und sehr gute MS\-Office\-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Muttersprache Deutsch (stilsicher in Wort und Schrift), gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Teamfähige, umsetzungsstarke und gewinnende Persönlichkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Dienstleistungs\- und kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Offenheit für Neues und stetige Veränderungen
  • Prozessorientiertes und strukturiertes Vorgehen
  • Mitdenkend und unternehmerisches Handeln
  • Arbeitspensum: 80\-100%
