HR BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER 100%, SUR SITE

En tant que HR Manager et membre du HR Board, vous êtes responsable de l-ensemble des activités RH des fonctions centrales de l-entreprise (« Services »), qui regroupent environ 680 collaborateurs. Vous pourrez compter sur une équipe RH engagée à vos côtés pour mettre en œuvre les initiatives RH et contribuer ainsi au succès de l'entreprise. Votre fonction comprendra notamment les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Encadrer, accompagner et développer une équipe de quatre HR Business Partners, tant sur le plan hiérarchique que fonctionnel
  • Mettre en œuvre et faire évoluer la politique RH au niveau stratégique, ainsi que piloter divers projets
  • Assurer la responsabilité de l-ensemble du cycle de vie des collaborateurs pour un périmètre d-environ 200 employés, du recrutement à l-onboarding et à l-offboarding
  • Agir en tant que partenaire stratégique (Sparring Partner) des managers pour toutes les questions liées à la planification des effectifs et de la succession, au développement des talents, à la gestion disciplinaire et au leadership
  • Assurer le suivi des absences de longue durée et accompagner la réintégration des collaborateurs
  • Participer activement à différents projets RH et contribuer à l-amélioration continue ainsi qu-à l-optimisation des processus RH.
  • Formation supérieure ou formation continue en gestion des ressources humaines (brevet fédéral RH ou Bachelor) et au moins 5 ans d-expérience professionnelle dans une fonction équivalente, idéalement dans un environnement industriel
  • Au moins 2 ans d-expérience en gestion d-équipe
  • Excellente connaissance du droit suisse du travail
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion du changement (change management) et en coaching
  • Esprit entrepreneurial, vision stratégique et capacité à appréhender les enjeux de manière transversale
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, grande fiabilité et aisance relationnelle
  • Leadership affirmé, capacité à défendre ses positions et fort esprit d-équipe
  • Affinité avec les outils numériques et ouverture aux nouvelles technologies
  • Forte orientation client et sens du service, avec une approche pragmatique et orientée solutions
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants (MS 365) ; la connaissance de SAP constitue un atout

Une excellente maîtrise de l-allemand, tant à l-oral qu-à l-écrit, est indispensable. Vous possédez en outre de très bonnes connaissances du français.
