HR Consultant 100% (a)

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Beratung und Begleitung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycle in der zugeteilten Region
  • Verantwortung für die operative HR\-Begleitung bei Rekrutierungen, Personalplanung, Entwicklung und Performance sowie bei arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Sparringpartner\*in für Führungskräfte bei anspruchsvollen Führungs\-, Organisations\- und Veränderungsthemen sowie in Gesprächs\- und Konfliktsituationen
  • Umsetzung der HR Strategie sowie aktive Mitarbeit in HR Projekten und bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer HR Prozesse
  • Analyse und Interpretation von HR Kennzahlen und Berichten sowie Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops zu HR\-Themen

Ihr Profil:

  • Fundierte Weiterbildung im Bereich Human Resources, HR\-Fachfrau/\-mann mit eidg. Fachausweis, DAS/MAS HRM, sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren HR Funktion
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungs\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Menschen und Anspruchsgruppen
  • Gute Kenntnisse moderner HR Systeme, digitaler Prozesse und zeitgemässer Recruitingkanäle
  • Vernetztes Denken und ein gutes Gespür für betriebliche Zusammenhänge und unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse
  • Selbständige und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und Freude daran, sich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
