In dieser neu geschaffenen Position begleitest du Kunden von der ersten Analyse über die Software\-Implementierung bis zur erfolgreichen Einführung.

Dabei übernimmst du viel Eigenverantwortung, gestaltest Projekte und Lösungen aktiv mit und nutzt den grossen Gestaltungsspielraum, den dir diese Rolle bietet.

Das macht deinen Alltag spannend

  • Du leitest und begleitest Abacus\-Projekte mit Fokus auf HR, Lohn und Zeiterfassung, von der Analyse bis zur erfolgreichen Einführung.
  • Du analysierst Kundenbedürfnisse, entwickelst passende Lösungen und setzt diese praxisnah um.
  • Du parametrierst Abacus und erstellst Auswertungen, Formulare, Prozesse und Dokumentationen.
  • Du führst Workshops und Anwenderschulungen durch und begleitest deine Kunden auch nach dem Go\-live.
  • Du unterstützt bei anspruchsvollen 2nd\- und 3rd\-Level\-Supportanfragen und bringst dein Fachwissen gezielt ein.
  • Du gestaltest aktiv mit und entwickelst gemeinsam mit uns Methoden, Prozesse und Abläufe weiter.

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung als Consultant mit der Abacus Business Software in HR, Lohn und/oder Zeitwirtschaft, starkes Interesse an weiteren HR\-Modulen
  • Aus\- und Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik, fundierte Kenntnisse in HR oder Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und Freude an digitalen Lösungen
  • Beratungstalent, Kommunikationsstärke und vernetztes Denken
  • Strukturierte, kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und eine unkomplizierte Persönlichkeit mit Humor
