HR Consultant Eintritt: per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung in Kriens, Langenthal, Bern oder Zürich(mit Reisebereitschaft an alle unserer Standorte) Dein Wirkungsfeld Du unterstützt und berätst Führungskräfte in arbeitsrechtlichen, personellen und organisatorischen Fragestellungen und begleitest sie bei anspruchsvollen HR\-Themen Du verantwortest gemeinsam mit den Führungskräften den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess für die zugewiesenen Stellen und sorgst für eine positive Candidate Experience Du initiierst und begleitest HR\-Projekte und treibst die Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung unserer HR\-Prozesse und Instrumente aktiv voran Du konzipierst und moderierst interne Schulungen und Workshops und trägst aktiv zum Wissensaufbau innerhalb der Organisation bei Du unterstützt die HR\-Leitung in organisatorischen, operativen und strategischen Themen Du übernimmst die Stellvertretung in der Personaladministration und Payroll, inkl. HR KPI’s und stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher Dein Profil Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung im Bereich HR (HR\-Fachausweis, HF Personalmanagement oder vergleichbar) Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung als HR Generalist\*in, HR Consultant oder HR Business Partner und bringst idealerweise Kenntnisse in Payroll\- und Sozialversicherungsthemen mit Du überzeugst durch eine selbständige, strukturierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Beratungs\- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Du bewegst dich sicher in operativen Fragestellungen und bringst eine hohe Affinität für Prozessoptimierungen und digitale HR\-Lösungen mit Du beherrschst die deutsche und ösische Sprache in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil Unser Angebot Auf dich wartet ein sympathisches Team und ein attraktiver Arbeitsplatz, wo eine unkomplizierte Unternehmenskultur herrscht und eine hohe Professionalität gelebt wird.
