Meine Aufgaben • Beratung und Betreuung unserer internen Fachbereiche bei der Suche nach Top-Talenten • Analyse von Stellenprofilen und Erstellung ansprechender Inserate • Aktive Kandidatensuche über Plattformen, Netzwerke und Direktansprache • Durchführung erster Auswahlgespräche (telefonisch und persönlich) • Erstellung aussagekräftiger Kandidatenprofile für das Hiring-Management • Unterstützung bei Vertragsverhandlungen und Abschlussprozessen • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Kandidat*innen und Fachbereichen

Mein Profil • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder HR-relevante Ausbildung • Erfahrung im Recruiting oder in der Personalberatung von Vorteil • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeit • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkompetenzen von Vorteil • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Recruiting-Tools • Proaktive, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise • Freundliches Auftreten sowie hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung • Teamfähigkeit, Empathie und Lernbereitschaft
