In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie administrative Aufgaben im Personalbereich, bearbeiten Standardanfragen von Mitarbeitenden und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zu reibungslosen HR-Prozessen. ihr VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH In dieser Funktion unterstützen Sie das HR Services Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft und tragen zu einer effizienten und termingerechten Bearbeitung administrativer Aufgaben bei. Sie bearbeiten Standardanfragen telefonisch und per E-Mail und stellen sicher, dass Anliegen zuverlässig und professionell beantwortet werden. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie das Team bei verschiedenen administrativen HR-Prozessen und übernehmen Routineaufgaben, um die internen Abläufe zu entlasten. Mit Ihrer strukturierten Arbeitsweise behalten Sie den Überblick über anstehende Aufgaben und stellen eine sorgfältige Bearbeitung sicher. Dabei gehen Sie mit vertraulichen Personaldaten diskret um und tragen zu einer serviceorientierten Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des HR-Bereichs bei.

ihre PERSÖNLICHKEIT Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundbildung und bringen fundierte Kenntnisse in der Personaladministration mit. Idealerweise verfügen Sie über drei bis fünf Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich. Sie arbeiten selbständig, proaktiv und sorgfältig und legen grossen Wert auf Genauigkeit und Diskretion. Ihre ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit hilft Ihnen dabei, Anfragen telefonisch und schriftlich freundlich, verständlich und professionell zu bearbeiten. Zudem zeichnen Sie sich durch eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und ein ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsverständnis aus. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau C2 beziehungsweise annähernd muttersprachlichem Niveau werden vorausgesetzt

ihre PERSPEKTIVEN Sie erwartet ein abwechslungsreiches Mandat in einem professionellen HR-Umfeld, in dem Sie Ihre Kenntnisse in der Personaladministration gezielt einsetzen und das HR Services Team im Tagesgeschäft unterstützen können. Sie übernehmen eine wichtige Funktion bei der Bearbeitung von Mitarbeitendenanfragen und tragen dazu bei, dass administrative Prozesse effizient und zuverlässig abgewickelt werden. Das Pensum beträgt 100 %. Der Einsatz beginnt am 1. November 2026 und ist bis zum 30. April 2027 befristet. Der geplante Gesamtumfang beträgt 104 Personentage.
