Unser motiviertes HR-Team sucht ab Januar 2027 für 6 Monate temporäre Unterstützung in einem Pensum von 60-80%. In dieser Rolle übernimmst du Aufgaben aus der HR-Administration mit einem klaren Schwerpunkt auf dem Onboardingprozess. Wenn du strukturiert arbeitest und dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld wohlfühlst, wollen wir dich unbedingt kennenlernen!

Deine Rolle ##

  • Onboarding-Administration: Komplette administrative Abwicklung von Neueintritten von A bis Z
  • Vertragswesen: Erstellen von Arbeitsverträgen, Vereinbarungen und Eintrittsunterlagen
  • Arbeitsbewilligungen: Einholen und Koordinieren von Arbeitsbewilligungen für ausländische Mitarbeitende
  • Systemerfassung: Erfassen und Pflegen aller eintrittsrelevanten Daten in SAP HCM und SuccessFactors
  • Stammdatenpflege: Laufende Aktualisierung und Mutation von Personalstammdaten
  • Dossierpflege: Digitale Archivierung und Pflege der HR-Personaldossiers
  • Sonderprojekte: Mitwirkung und administrative Unterstützung bei aktuellen HR-Projekten

Dein Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur HR-Assistentin, bevorzugt Weiterbildung zur HR-Fachfrau
  • fundierte Berufserfahrung in der HR-Administration
  • fundierte und praxiserprobte Erfahrung mit SAP HCM und SuccessFactors
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick 
  • Mit deiner offenen, hilfsbereiten Art gehst du gerne auf Menschen zu und bringst zudem eine gute Portion Humor mit 
  • Du kommunizierst stilsicher auf Deutsch, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
