Unser People \& Culture Team besteht aus einer HR\-Leiterin, einer HR Business Partnerin und einer HR\-Spezialistin, die täglich gemeinsam an der Gestaltung einer positiven Unternehmenskultur arbeiten.

Zur Unterstützung während eines Mutterschaftsurlaubs suchen wir per sofort eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als

HR Generalist (m/w/d) 100% (befristet bis ca. Dezember 2027\)

Auf was du stolz sein kannst

  • Payroll \& Compensation: Mitarbeit bei der monatlichen Lohnverarbeitung in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen Payroll Provider sowie Bearbeitung sämtlicher lohnrelevanter Mutationen.
  • HR\-Administration: Selbständige Abwicklung administrativer HR\-Prozesse vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt, inklusive Vertragswesen, Zeugnisse, Personalmutationen sowie Pflege der Personaldaten.
  • Absenzenmanagement: Koordination und Bearbeitung von Krankheits\-, Unfall\-, EO\-, Militär\-, Mutterschafts\- und Vaterschaftsfällen in Zusammenarbeit mit einem externen Provider.
  • Lernendenwesen: Koordination des Lernendenwesens inklusive Betreuung der Berufsbildner:innen, Vertragswesen sowie Organisation und Begleitung der Lernenden während ihrer Ausbildungszeit.

Was in deinem Rucksack sein muss

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung sowie eidg. Fachausweis als HR\-Fachfrau:mann zwingend
  • Erfahrung in der Lohnbuchhaltung sowie fundiertes Wissen der sozialversicherungs\- und arbeitsrechtlichen Bestimmungen der Schweiz
  • Zahlenflair, ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie eine selbständige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse (Englisch oder Französisch) von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors sowie UKG PeopleDoc von Vorteil
