Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für HR Services und begleiten Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles. Dabei verbinden Sie HR\-Administration mit Payroll, Sozialversicherungen und Prozessoptimierung.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben Sie betreuen den gesamten Employee Lifecycle von Eintritt bis Austritt Sie verantworten die Lohnverarbeitung Sie koordinieren Absenzen und Sozialversicherungsfälle und behalten den Überblick Sie stellen eine hohe Qualität der HR\-Daten sicher Sie erstellen Reports und unterstützen im HR Controlling Sie arbeiten eng mit Finance/Accounting zusammen und führen Kontenabstimmungen durch Sie unterstützen Führungskräfte bei HR\-Themen sowie beim On\- und Offboarding Sie bringen sich aktiv in HR\-Projekte sowie die Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemen ein

Ihr Profil

Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit HR\-Fachausweis Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in HR\-Administration und Payroll Fundierte HR\-Fachkenntnisse und eine ausgeprägte Zahlen\- und Prozessaffinität Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und ERP\-Systemen Interesse an Digitalisierung und KI im HR ist ein Plus Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
