Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung von Führungskräften und internen Ansprechpersonen in operativen HR-Themen
  • Eigenständige Abwicklung von Standardprozessen im Personalwesen
  • Koordination administrativer HR-Abläufe in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Services
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten, qualitativ hochwertigen Bearbeitung von HR-Anfragen
  • Pflege und Nutzung von HR-Systemen sowie Begleitung von Systemprozessen (z.-B. Ein- und Austritte)
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in HR-Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen
  • Strukturierte Mitgestaltung von organisatorischen Veränderungen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Human Resources (z.-B. HR-Fachausweis)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im operativen HR-Umfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse in HR-IT-Systemen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
  • Belastbare, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
