HR\-GENERALIST:IN (W/M/D) 60\-80% =================================

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams an einem unserer Standorte in Rapperswil oder Zürich, AG suchen wir eine erfahrene und engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unseren gesamten HR\-Lifecycle selbstständig betreut und direkt an die Geschäftsleitung rapportiert. Neben klassischen HR\-Themen gehören Payroll, Sozialversicherungen und die projektbezogene Stundenverrechnung zu dieser vielseitigen Funktion. Bei uns bist du zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeitenden und arbeitest gleichzeitig eng mit der Teamleitung Finanzen zusammen.

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Organisation des gesamten HR\-Lifecycles, vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Selbstständige Durchführung und Koordination des On\- und Offboardings
  • Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Geschäftsleitung bei sämtlichen personaladministrativen Fragestellungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsverträgen, Vertragsänderungen, Bestätigungen, Zeugnissen und weiteren HR\-Dokumenten
  • Selbstständige Vorbereitung und Erstellung des monatlichen Payrolls
  • Kontakt und Koordination mit Sozialversicherungen und weiteren externen Stellen
  • Pflege der Personalstammdaten sowie Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und zuverlässigen Personaladministration
  • Verantwortung für Absenzen, Ferien und weitere personalrelevante Daten
  • Verantwortung für die administrative Betreuung unseres Fahrzeugparks
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung unserer HR\-Prozesse
  • Unterstützung bei der Verrechnung projektbezogener Stundenaufwendungen unserer Mitarbeitenden in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Teamleitung Finanzen
  • Sicherstellung einer nachvollziehbaren Zuordnung und Aufbereitung der verrechenbaren Aufwendungen für unsere Projekte

IHR PROFIL

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Human Resources oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung als HR\-Generalist/in oder in einer ähnlich breit aufgestellten HR\-Funktion
  • Erfahrung in der Lohnbuchhaltung / Payroll
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Arbeitsrechts sowie der Sozialversicherungen
  • Finanzielles und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis, insbesondere für Stunden\-, Kosten\- und Projektverrechnungen
  • Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und sehr selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und den eigenen Bereich aktiv zu organisieren
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie ein unkomplizierter und professioneller Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern
  • Hohe Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Digitale Affinität und Freude daran, bestehende Abläufe zu hinterfragen und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Erfahrung mit Abacus ist von Vorteil
