Pro Natura ist die führende Organisation für den Naturschutz in der Schweiz mit 170 000 Mitgliedern. Sie setzt sich für die Förderung und den Erhalt der einheimischen Tier\- und Pflanzenwelt ein. In der Pro Natura Geschäftsstelle arbeiten rund 100 Personen, 100 weitere sind in den 23 Pro Natura Sektionen tätig.

Für die Pro Natura Geschäftsstelle in Basel suchen wir für den Bereich Personal per 1\. März 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n

HR\-Generalist:in 80%\-90%

Welche Aufgabe wartet auf Sie?

Sie betreuen und unterstützen Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte im gesamten HR\-Life\-Cycle selbständig und eigenverantwortlich.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben sind:

  • Unterstützung und Beratung der Linie bei der Personalplanung, Gewinnung, Rekrutierung, Betreuung, Entwicklung
  • Ansprechperson für alle HR\-Belange sowohl für Mitarbeitende wie auch für Vorgesetzte
  • Beratung und Unterstützung bei Krankheit, Unfall und Pensionierung
  • Verantwortung für die administrative Abwicklung der Ein\- und Austrittsprozesse inkl. der Bewirtschaftung der Personaldossiers
  • Überarbeitung von Reglementen und Anstellungsbedingungen
  • Durchführung von Masterprofilanalysen bei Rekrutierungen, Standortbestimmungen etc.
  • Unterstützung und Beratung der Vorgesetzten bei der Lohnfestlegung und bei der Personalauswahl
  • Unterstützung der Leiterin Bereich Personal und Stellvertretung bei Abwesenheit
  • Übernahme von eigenen Projekten sowie Mitarbeit in Projekten und Fachverantwortung für gewisse HR\-Themen wie beispielsweise das Gesundheitsmanagement

Was bringen Sie mit?

  • Eine Ausbildung als HR\-Fachfrau/HR\-Fachmann und mehrere Jahre in einer HR\-Beratungs\- und Betreuungsfunktion
  • Erfahrung in der HR\-Administration, in der selbständigen Zeugniserstellung sowie in allen HR\-Prozessen
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Menschen und was es in gewissen Situationen braucht sowie eine hohe Empathie und Sozialkompetenz
  • Eine Begabung dafür, in anspruchsvollen Momenten die richtigen Worte zu finden und einen liebevollen, humorvollen Blick auf andere Menschen
  • Einen gelassenen, pragmatischen, unaufgeregten Umgang mit Herausforderungen und eine zuversichtliche, optimistische Grundhaltung
  • Mut und Neugier, eine ausgeprägte Bereitschaft zur Selbstreflektion und Freude daran, andere Menschen zu unterstützen und zu begleiten
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprache) und ausgesprochen gute Französischkenntnisse, Bilingue zu sein ist von Vorteil
  • Affinität für IT und Digitalisierung, Erfahrung und Interesse am sinnvollen und nachhaltigen Einsatz von KI im HR
  • Selbständigkeit, Eigenverantwortung, Gestaltungsfreude, Integrität und Konfliktfähigkeit
