In unserem Unternehmensbereich «Corporate Functions» sind verschiedene Tätigkeiten gebündelt. Neben unseren Finance- und IT-Services sind in diesem Bereich auch das globale Marketing und Sales Management sowie Human Resources angesiedelt. Das erwartet dich #####

  • Du bearbeitest selbständig alle administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben rund um das On-, Off- und Crossboarding
  • Du führst die Personaldossiers und pflegst die Stammdaten im SAP SuccessFactors sowie im Zeiterfassungstool Atoss
  • Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für sämtliche HR-Fragestellungen von Mitarbeitenden und Vorgesetzten
  • Du holst Arbeitsbewilligungen ein und führst das Meldeverfahren durch

Das bringst du mit #####

  • Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zur HR-Sachbearbeiter/in oder HR-Fachperson mit eidg. Fachausweis
  • Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als HR-Sachbearbeiter:in mit
  • Du kommunizierst mündlich wie schriftlich ausgezeichnet auf Deutsch und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse; jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus
  • Du bist IT-affin, arbeitest gerne digital und zeichnest dich als ausgeprägte/r Teamplayer/in aus
