Das erwartet dich - Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung des gesamten Employee Life Cycles – vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt – für rund 50 Mitarbeitende am Standort Uzwil - Datenbereitstellung für den Lohnlauf (ohne Lohnverarbeitung) - Aufbereitung von monatlichen Auswertungen und Reports inkl. Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten - Ansprechperson für Linienvorgesetzte sowie Mitarbeitende in allen HR-relevanten Fragen - Verantwortung für das Zeit- sowie Absenzmanagement - Begleitung des Rekrutierungsprozesses in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Linienvorgesetzten - Durchführung von HR-Projekten und Weiterentwicklung bestehender HR-Prozesse - Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Digitalisierung im HR-Bereich - Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung

Unser Kunde wünscht - Fundierte Erfahrung im HR-Bereich, idealerweise als HR-Generalist/in - Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht sowie Erfahrung mit dem Employee Life Cycle - Sicherer Umgang mit HR-Systemen und gute IT-Kenntnisse - Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise - Kommunikationsfreude und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen - Wohnort in der Region Uzwil oder gute Erreichbarkeit des Standorts
