Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Sicherstellen der administrativen Aufgabe entlang des gesamten Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus
  • Erstellen von Arbeitsverträgen und Dokumenten sowie die Pflegen der Personalakten
  • Erstellen von Zeugnissen, Arbeitsbescheinigungen, Kündigungsbestätigungen und anderen relevanten Dokumenten
  • Führen von Austrittsinterviews im zugeteilten Bereich sowie Dokumentieren und Ablegen der Austrittsinterview Fragebogen
  • Unterstützen in der Rekrutierung\-Administration (Stellenausschreibung, Vorselektion, Organisation von Vorstellungsgesprächen, Begleitung von Gesprächen)
  • Dokumentieren des Einstellungsprozesses und des Onboardings
  • Enges Zusammenarbeiten mit überregionalen Teams
  • Sicherstellen der Rechtskonformität im Bereich HR\-Administration
  • Mitarbeiten bei HR\-Projekten

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung als HR\-Fachfrau oder \-Fachmann FA oder vergleichbar
  • Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in dynamischen Unternehmen und Organisationen im HR\-Umfeld
  • Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gutes Organisationsgeschick
  • Verantwortungsbewusste und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Zuverlässige, flexible und sehr selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher / Gute Englischkenntnisse
