Pour l'un de nos clients basé à Genève, nous somme a la recherche d'un(e)

HR Officer H/F

Contrat temporaire de 7 mois

Taux d'activité 100%

Description du poste --------------------

Obligations déclaratives, légales et fiscales

  • Réaliser et suivre les déclarations liées aux obligations de droit du travail
  • Coordonner les informations nécessaires avec les HR Coordinators
  • Assurer le suivi des obligations administratives et fiscales liées aux salariés en mobilité internationale

Gestion des mandataires

  • Assurer le suivi administratif des mandataires (billet avion, visa, etc)
  • Assurer le suivi des périodes travaillées et la paie des mandataires

Protection sociale internationale

  • Gérer les démarches auprès des organismes sociaux
  • Assurer le suivi des affiliations et situations de protection sociale des salariés en mobilité
  • Traiter certains dossiers spécifiques liés aux cotisations et organismes sociaux

Retraite et plans de pension

  • Accompagner les démarches administratives relatives à la retraite
  • Gérer notamment les demandes liées aux retraits de plans de pension et assurer le lien avec les organismes concernés

Support transversal aux équipes internes

  • Gérer et mettre à jour les espaces collaboratifs sur SharePoint ;
  • Préparer des communications internes, des enquêtes et des publipostages ;
  • Gérer une boîte électronique générique, le courrier et différentes demandes administratives ;
  • Participer à l'organisation d'événements internes et aux activités collectives de l'entreprise.

Profil recherché -----------------

  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur et votre capacité à assurer un suivi constant, avec une bonne aisance pour gérer les sollicitations fréquentes par divers canaux.
  • Vous possédez un diplôme de niveau Bachelor ou Master en ressources humaines, ou un équivalent avec une certification RH validée.
  • Vous justifiez d'une première expérience significative d'au moins 2 ans en mobilité internationale et/ou en gestion des ressources humaines.
  • Vous faites preuve de réactivité, de fiabilité, de rigueur et d'un fort sens du service client.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et avez un bon niveau d'anglais (équivalent Cambridge niveau B2\).
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques courants et en faites un usage efficace.
