Vos missions ------------

  • En qualité de HR Operations Administrator, vous assurez l'exécution et le suivi des processus administratifs et opérationnels RH,
  • Vous êtes un point de contact pour les collaborateurs et les managers sur les questions liées aux opérations,
  • Vous garantissez la qualité ainsi que la bonne exécution des processus du département,
  • Vous assurez le suivi administratif de différents événements liés au cycle de vie des collaborateurs,
  • Vous contribuez à l'amélioration continue, aux projets et à la digitalisation des processus et des opérations RH,
  • Vous collaborez avec les partenaires internes et externes afin d'offrir un service de qualité, fiable et orienté client.

Votre profil ------------

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un CFC d'employé de commerce ou d'une formation équivalente,
  • Vous êtes au bénéfice du certificat de gestionnaire RH. Le brevet fédéral de spécialiste RH ou en assurances sociales est un atout,
  • Vous parlez couramment français et anglais et avez de bonnes connaissances en allemand,
  • Vous maîtrisez la suite MS Office et avez des connaissances avancées d'un ERP,
  • Vous êtes une personne organisée, rigoureuse capable de travailler en autonomie,
  • Votre personnalité se démarque par votre sens du service et votre orientation client.
