Le domaine Ressources humaines, géré au niveau national, est responsable des affaires du personnel de l'ensemble de la SSR et en assure la gestion. Les Ressources humaines accompagnent les collaborateur.trices de la SSR dans toutes les questions relatives au personnel, proposent une offre moderne de formation initiale et continue, et répondent de la mise en œuvre globale de processus-clés modernes.

Votre mission ####

Nous recherchons,dès que possible ou à convenir, un·e HR Partner à 80-100 %. Au sein de l'équipe Conseil RH, vous accompagnez le domaine national Opérations dans ses enjeux RH et sa transformation actuelle. Vous assumez notamment les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Vous êtes l'interlocuteur·rice de référence du management et des collaborateurs pour toutes les questions RH et prenez en charge l'ensemble des processus RH liés à votre périmètre.
  • Vous conseillez et accompagnez les responsables hiérarchiques sur toutes les questions liées au personnel, notamment en matière de recrutement, de rémunération, d'entretiens, de développement et de gestion de carrière. Vous veillez également au respect des directives internes, des exigences légales et des standards de l'entreprise.
  • Vous apportez votre expertise sur les questions de droit du travail, d'organisation et de gestion opérationnelle et êtes le premier point de contact pour les questions liées aux relations de travail.
  • Vous accompagnez les situations sensibles, telles que les conflits, les absences ou les questions disciplinaires, avec tact et professionnalisme.
  • En étroite collaboration avec les responsables hiérarchiques, vous contribuez à la mise en œuvre de la politique du personnel et au respect des standards RH.

Votre profil ####

  • Une personnalité empathique, pragmatique et orientée solutions, capable d'accompagner activement les collaborateurs et les cadres dans les périodes de transformation.
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience dans le conseil RH, idéalement dans un environnement complexe, dynamique et de taille comparable.
  • De solides connaissances dans tous les domaines des ressources humaines, ainsi qu'un intérêt pour les nouvelles approches et les évolutions du métier.
  • D'excellentes capacités de communication et la capacité à vous adapter à différents interlocuteurs, à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
  • La volonté de travailler régulièrement sur les sites de Berne et de Zurich.
  • Une excellente maîtrise de l'allemand et un niveau de français d'au moins B2
