Il settore Risorse umane a guida nazionale si occupa ed è responsabile delle questioni relative al personale dell'intera SSR. Le Risorse umane assistono collaboratrici e collaboratori SSR in tutte le tematiche HR, mettono a loro disposizione un'offerta di formazione continua al passo coi tempi e sono responsabili dell'implementazione completa dei più moderni processi chiave in ambito HR.

Mansioni ####

Cerchiamo, con effetto immediato o da concordare, un/a HR Partner 80-100% All'interno del team di consulenza HR, nell'ambito Operazioni, si occuperà dei seguenti temi:

  • Agisce come interfaccia strategica tra management e collaboratori, assumendo la responsabilità complessiva di tutti i processi HR del proprio settore di competenza e accompagnando la divisione Operazioni nell'attuale fase di trasformazione.
  • Supporta e consiglia i responsabili di linea in tutte le questioni relative al personale, in particolare per quanto riguarda reclutamento, definizione salariale, conduzione dei colloqui con i collaboratori, sviluppo professionale e gestione delle carriere, garantendo il rispetto delle direttive interne, delle disposizioni legali e degli standard aziendali.
  • Fornisce consulenza qualificata in materia di diritto del lavoro, tematiche organizzative e operative, assumendo il ruolo di primo punto di riferimento per tutte le questioni legate ai rapporti di lavoro.
  • Gestisce casi delicati (ad esempio conflitti, assenze o situazioni disciplinari) con grande sensibilità e professionalità.
  • In stretta collaborazione con i responsabili, contribuisce all'attuazione della politica del personale e alla garanzia degli standard HR.

Requisiti ####

  • Personalità empatica e orientata alle soluzioni, capace di accompagnare attivamente collaboratori e dirigenti nei processi di trasformazione.
  • Solida esperienza pluriennale nella consulenza HR maturata in contesti aziendali complessi e dinamici di dimensioni comparabili.
  • Ampia e approfondita conoscenza delle risorse umane, incluse metodologie e sviluppi orientati al futuro.
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali, con la capacità di interagire in modo chiaro, adeguato ai diversi interlocutori e con sicurezza a tutti i livelli dell'organizzazione.
  • Disponibilità a lavorare regolarmente presso le sedi di Berna e Zurigo.
  • Ottima conoscenza del tedesco e del francese, con livello minimo B2 in francese.
