Gutes Recruiting braucht mehr als überzeugende Gespräche: Es braucht Organisation, Koordination und Menschen, die den Überblick behalten. Genau dort kommst du ins Spiel. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Recruiting Experts zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass die administrativen Aufgaben rund um den Rekrutierungsprozess zuverlässig verlaufen. Dabei hast du die Möglichkeit, spannende Einblicke in die Rekrutierung zu gewinnen und laufend mehr Verantwortung zu übernehmen. 

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt unsere Recruiting Experts bei den administrativen Aufgaben im gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess und schaffst damit echten Mehrwert.
  • Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören zum Beispiel das Erfassen von neuen Stellen, die Erstellung von Lohnvorschlägen sowie die Publikation der Stellen auf den passenden Plattformen. 
  • Bei der Erstellung von Stellenausschreibungen bringst du dein gutes Ausdrucksvermögen und deine Kreativität ein und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Stelleninserate ansprechend und zielgruppengerecht formuliert sind.
  • Im Active Sourcing gehst du gezielt auf die Suche nach passenden Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten und unterstützt den Kanton Luzern dabei, neue Talente zu gewinnen.
  • Du erhältst ebenfalls die Möglichkeit dich weiterzuentwickeln und selbst Auftragsklärungen zu übernehmen und Interviews zu begleiten.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und hast dich im Bereich HR entsprechend weitergebildet.
  • Du konntest bereits Erfahrung im HR sammeln, idealerweise im Recruting, wenn nicht, dann sammelst du sie mit uns.
  • Auch wenn mehrere Themen gleichzeitig laufen, behältst du als selbstständiges und zuverlässiges Organisationstalent den Überblick.
  • Du schätzt die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Recruiting Experts und verschiedenen Führungskräften und überzeugst durch deine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung.
  • Wir freuen uns auf eine/n pragmatische/n Hands-on-Teamplayer/in, welche/r unser motiviertes Team und den Kanton Luzern bereichert.
