HR Service Specialist (m/w/d)

Du behältst auch bei komplexen HR\-Prozessen den Überblick, arbeitest gerne serviceorientiert und möchtest Mitarbeitende entlang ihres gesamten Employee Lifecycles begleiten? Dann werde als P\&O Service Specialist / HR Service Specialist (m/w/d) in Balerna Teil unseres Process \& People Service Teams und gestalte mit uns wichtige HR\-Services, die den Unterschied machen. Deine Anstellung erfolgt zunächst erstmal befristet für ein Jahr.

In der Schweiz betreut unser dezentrales HR\-Team rund 1'000 Mitarbeitende an über 10 Standorten. Unser Process \& People Service Team in Balerna kümmert sich zentral um alle administrativen P\&O\-Prozesse entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles \- von Onboarding der Mitarbeitenden über Payroll bis zu Austritten.

Deine Tätigkeiten:

* Verantwortung für die gesamte Personaladministration von Onboarding bis Austritt * Erste Ansprechpartner/in für Mitarbeitende in allen Fragestellungen bezüglich Interpretation von Personalreglementen, Lohnabrechnung, Versicherungsfragen etc. * Pflege der Mitarbeiterdaten in diversen IT\-Systemen, wie SAP SuccessFactors, Digitale Personalakte und Zeiterfassungssystem mit Fokus auf Datenqualität * Schnittstelle zwischen Abrechnungsdienstleister und Mitarbeitenden * Sicherstellung hoher Servicequalität und Konsistenz in allen administrativen HR\-Prozessen * Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Service\-Experience für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte \- mit Fokus auf Qualität, Geschwindigkeit und Nutzerfreundlichkeit Dein Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in HR\-Administration oder Payroll, idealerweise international
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Personalabrechnung, Sozialversicherung und Quellensteuer
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, Englisch und Italienisch; Französisch wäre ein Plus
  • Hohe Systemaffinität und sehr gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft 365 Palette, insbesondere Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel und Word
  • Sicherer Umgang mit HR\-Systemen und Freude daran, digitale Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten und kontinuierlich zu verbessern
  • Strukturierte, selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Arbeiten im Team und Austausch mit Kolleg/innen über mehrere Standorte
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch bei Daten und Prozessen
