Spécialiste Service RH (h/f) 60-100% ###

Le cœur de ton travail : #####

En tant que Spécialiste Service RH (h/f) 60-100%, tu es responsable de :

  • Assurer la prise en charge complète du cycle de vie des collaborateurs, de l-embauche au départ.
  • La gestion de la paie d-un portefeuille défini de collaborateurs, y compris le traitement des variables et la préparation des données pour le paiement.
  • La gestion des absences ainsi que le suivi des assurances sociales (déclarations, suivi, coordination et monitoring des cas).
  • Garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des données RH dans les systèmes internes.
  • La création de rapports et de statistiques pour le département financier (contrôle RH).
  • La réalisation des rapprochements de comptes en collaboration avec le service comptabilité.
  • Soutenir les responsables dans la préparation et le suivi des entretiens RH ainsi que garantir un onboarding et offboarding sans accroc.
  • Participer activement aux projets RH, notamment à l-optimisation des processus, outils et systèmes.

Ce qui fait battre notre cœur : #####

  • Formation commerciale complétée par un certificat de spécialiste RH HRSE et/ou par le brevet fédéral en ressources humaines (option A).
  • Plus de 3 ans d-expérience en administration RH et en gestion de la paie.
  • Orientation processus et sens aigu du détail, solide expertise RH ainsi qu-une très bonne gestion des priorités et des délais.
  • Compétences digitales ou connaissances en intelligence artificielle appliquée aux RH sont un réel atout.
  • Personnalité fiable, orientée solutions, proactive et autonome avec un grand intérêt pour les tâches administratives et l-amélioration continue.
  • Très bonnes connaissances de MS Office, des logiciels RH (Abacus) ainsi que des systèmes de pointage (OnTime).
  • Idéalement bilingue (français/allemand), ou maîtrise native d-une des deux langues et niveau B2 minimum dans l-autre. Anglais niveau B2 minimum.
