  • Assurer une administration du personnel efficace et précise.
  • Gérer le cycle de vie des employés, des entrées aux sorties.

Compétences ##

  • Diplôme en RH et 2 ans d'expérience en administration du personnel.
  • Compétences en SAP HR et outils informatiques.
  • Maîtrise de l'allemand et de l'italien, français un plus.

Was du bei uns bewegen kannst ##

  • Personaladministration sicherstellen: Du stellst die korrekte und effiziente Personaladministration in deinem Betreuungsbereich sicher
  • Employee-Life-Cycle Management: Du bist verantwortlich für die vollständige administrative Abwicklung von Eintritten bis hin zu Austritten und allem, was während des Employee-Life-Cycles anfällt
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende: Du agierst als Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeitenden und gibst kompetent Auskunft
  • Lohn- und Absenzenmanagement: Du verarbeitest monatliche Lohnmutationen und unterstützt im Absenzenmanagement
  • Erstellung relevanter Unterlagen und Stammdatenerfassung: Du erstellst relevante Unterlagen wie Arbeitsbestätigungen, Zwischenverdienst- und Arbeitgeberbescheinigungen, diverse Vereinbarungen, Kinderzulagen etc., und bist zuständig für die Stammdatenerfassung diverser Mutationen im SAP HR3

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Qualifikation: Du hast eine HR-spezifische Weiterbildung und mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Personaladministration
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du kommuniziert verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und hast sehr gute Italienischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Fachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in den verschiedenen Office-Programmen und SAP HR, und hast eine hohe IT-Affinität sowie Erfahrung mit Ticket-Tools
  • Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest selbstständig und exakt und hast eine gute Arbeitsorganisation
  • Persönliche Einstellung: Du hast Spass an der Personaladministration und bringst eine positive, teamorientierte Einstellung mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung mit
  • Soziale Kompetenz: Du bist teamfähig, hilfsbereit und hast ein gutes zwischenmenschliches Fingerspitzengefühl
