Wir unterstützen unsere Partnerfirma bei der Besetzung einer verantwortungsvollen Position im Bereich Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) am Industrie- und Logistikstandort in Hinwil (ZH). Zur Sicherstellung der gesetzlichen Anforderungen, der konzernweiten HSE-Standards und einer kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Arbeits- und Umweltsicherheit suchen wir per 2. November 2026 eine erfahrene, durchsetzungsstarke und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit als:

IHR VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH Sie verantworten die Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung des HSE-Managementsystems gemäss ISO 14001 und ISO 45001 sowie die Einhaltung der Schweizer Vorschriften. Sie koordinieren Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Unfalluntersuchungen und Umweltmassnahmen, begleiten Audits und Zertifizierungen und stellen die Umsetzung von Korrekturmassnahmen sicher. Zudem fördern Sie durch Schulungen und Sensibilisierungsmassnahmen die Sicherheitskultur, beraten das Management und die Mitarbeitenden, koordinieren Notfall- und Krisenmassnahmen und gewährleisten das HSE-Reporting sowie die Abstimmung mit der konzernweiten HSE-Funktion.

IHR PROFIL Sie verfügen über 5-8 Jahre Erfahrung im HSE-Management sowie fundierte praktische Kenntnisse der ISO-Normen 14001 und 45001. Eine ASA-Qualifikation, entsprechende ISO-Zertifizierungen und gute Kenntnisse der Schweizer HSE-Vorschriften setzen wir voraus. Sie überzeugen durch Ihre analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Ihr Durchsetzungsvermögen und Ihre Fähigkeit, Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende für Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz zu sensibilisieren. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf Geschäftsniveau und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.

IHRE PERSPEKTIVEN Es erwartet Sie ein spannender und verantwortungsvoller sechsmonatiger Einsatz an einem Industrie- und Logistikstandort in Hinwil (ZH) mit einem Pensum von 80-100 %. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, Ihre HSE-Expertise gezielt einzubringen, bestehende Managementsysteme weiterzuentwickeln und die Arbeits- und Umweltsicherheit nachhaltig zu verbessern. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Site Management und den verschiedenen Fachbereichen übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Sicherstellung gesetzlicher und konzernweiter Anforderungen. Der Einsatz beginnt am 2. November 2026 und ist zunächst bis zum 30. April 2027 vorgesehen. Eine anschliessende interne Übernahme ist geplant.
