  • Analyse, Dokumentation und Optimierung von klinischen und administrativen Geschäftsprozessen
  • Aufnahme, Strukturierung und Priorisierung von Business\- und IT\-Anforderungen
  • Beratung der Fachbereiche bei der Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen
  • Erstellung von Fachkonzepten, Prozessbeschreibungen und Anforderungsdokumentationen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Evaluation, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von IT\-Systemen und digitalen Lösungen
  • Koordination zwischen Fachbereichen, ICT, externen Dienstleistern und Softwarelieferanten
  • Identifikation von Optimierungs\- und Automatisierungspotenzialen
  • Moderation von Workshops sowie adressatengerechte Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und Hierarchiestufen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungs\- und Transformationsinitiativen

Für unseren Kunden, eine etablierte Organisation im Gesundheitswesen, suchen wir einen erfahrenen ICT Business Analyst / IT Business Analyst zur Verstärkung des Bereichs Digitalisierung \& ICT.

In dieser unbefristeten Festanstellung übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Fachbereichen, IT, externen Partnern und Softwarelieferanten. Sie analysieren bestehende Prozesse, strukturieren Anforderungen und gestalten die digitale Weiterentwicklung von klinischen und administrativen Abläufen aktiv mit.

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder höhere Ausbildung in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Medizininformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Business Analyst, ICT Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Prozessmanager oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Erfahrung in Digitalisierungs\-, IT\- oder Transformationsprojekten
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen, Spitalumfeld, Health IT oder MedTech
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Requirements Engineering, Business Analyse und Prozessmodellierung
  • Gutes Verständnis für das Zusammenspiel von Geschäftsprozessen, Applikationen, Schnittstellen und ICT\-Architekturen
  • Kenntnisse von Standards wie HL7, FHIR oder DICOM sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit klinischen Informationssystemen, administrativen Anwendungen oder digitalen Healthcare\-Prozessen ist ein Plus
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Beratungskompetenz im Umgang mit Fachbereichen und IT
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
