​ L’ICT Operations Manager è la figura professionale che progetta, gestisce e controlla l'intera infrastruttura ICT di una specifica azienda. Tra le sue responsabilità si possono citare:- L’identificazione di eventuali inefficienze dei sistemi in uso, fornendo puntuali proposte risolutive; - La definizione dei tempi e dei costi dei progetti; - Il coordinamento dei team che sviluppano e gestiscono le componenti dell’infrastruttura ICT.

Inoltre, egli garantisce che l’azienda sia in possesso delle strutture e dei servizi ICT di cui necessita e che le migliorie e le nuove implementazioni siano conformi agli standard aziendali. Tra i principali compiti che l’ICT Operations Manager si trova a svolgere vi sono:- Supervisionare i sistemi e le infrastrutture di sua competenza, sottoponendoli a test periodici; - Stabilire il work-flow complessivo e le deadline dei vari team che coordina; - Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento dei progetti; - Definire i KPI (Key Performance Indicator) che ogni team dovrebbe portare a termine; - Verificare l’efficienza operativa dei processi ICT dell’intera azienda; - Gestire eventuali problemi tecnici legati all’infrastruttura ICT; - Assicurarsi che tutti i servizi ICT siano correttamente sottoposti alle misure di sicurezza ; - Stabilire quali miglioramenti si possono apportare ai sistemi; - Valutare eventuali investimenti; - Gestire il budget stanziato per le infrastrutture di sua competenza; - Controllare che i sistemi e le infrastrutture ICT rispondano alle regole e agli standard imposti dagli stakeholder. - *ICT OPERATIONS MANAGER: LE PRINCIPALI CARATTERISTICHE:* -------------------------------------------------------------- Fra le principali hard skill proprie di un ICT Operations Manager ritroviamo: - Conoscenza del funzionamento delle principali infrastrutture ICT e dei sistemi di networking - Conoscenza dei principali sistemi operativi; - Conoscenza del funzionamento dei database relazionali e non relazionali. - Tra le principali soft skill che un ICT Operations Manager possiede vi sono: - Capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo; - Capacità di interpretare le richieste altrui; - Capacità di identificare l’ordine delle priorità; - Capacità di gestione del cambiamento; - Capacità di analisi; - Spiccate doti comunicative; - Doti relazionali tramite le quali rendere l’ambiente di lavoro collaborativo; - Predisposizione alla leadership collaborativa; - Flessibilità.
