Mein zukünftiger Alltag

  • Telefonische und schriftliche Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Störungsmeldungen und Serviceanfragen im Helpdesk System nach ITIL Prinzip
  • Unterstützung der Anwendenden in verschiedenen Ländern in der Nutzung von IT\-Systemen
  • Selbstständige Fehlerbehebung im Active Directory (Benutzer, Gruppen, Berechtigungen)
  • Support und Administration von Microsoft 365/Office 365
  • Verwaltung der Printserver
  • Support der Citrix\-Umgebung
  • Geräteverwaltung mit Intune/MDM
  • Abwicklung von IT\-Bestellungen
  • Koordination mit dem 3rd Level und externen Partnern

Was ich mitbringe

Technisch:

  • Erfahrung im IT\-Support (Workstations, Thin Clients, Mobile Devices, Active Directory, M365\-Umgebung, Drucker)
  • Kenntnisse in Citrix und Intune/MDM von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit VoIP\-Telefonsystemen
  • Ticketbearbeitung nach ITIL\-Prinzipien
  • Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Kommunikationswerkzeugen wie Microsoft Teams
  • Freude daran, neue Technologien zu testen und einzusetzen

Persönlich:

  • zur Veränderung und täglichem vorwärtsbringen der Themen, " Do"\-Mentalität
  • Ausgeprägte Team\- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zum Pikettdienst \- finanziell entschädigt
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- sowie Englischkenntnisse, ösisch von Vorteil
