Für unseren Standort in Lyss suchen wir einen motivierten und engagierten IT Support\-Mitarbeiter der unser Support Team verstärkt.

Sie stellen den technischen Betrieb am Standort Lyss sicher und übernehmen eine zentrale Position im täglichen Supportgeschehen. Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt auf der zuverlässigen Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden, der strukturierten Bearbeitung von Anfragen sowie der Sicherstellung einer stabilen IT\-Arbeitsumgebung. Die Funktion verbindet operativen Support mit technischem Know\-how und bietet die Möglichkeit, schrittweise zusätzliche Verantwortung im Service Desk zu übernehmen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Fragen und Störungen im täglichen Betrieb
  • Analyse und Lösung von Problemen im Bereich Hardware, Software und Netzwerk
  • Unterstützung der Produktions IT bei Systemen, Maschinenarbeitsplätzen und technischen Abläufen
  • Unterstützung der Engineering Abteilung bei Applikationen, Spezialsystemen und technischen Anforderungen
  • Entgegennahme, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung eingehender Tickets im 1st Level
  • Bereitstellung von Erstlösungen sowie vollständige Dokumentation im Ticketing\-System
  • Übernahme komplexerer Anfragen im 2nd Level inklusive technischer Analyse
  • Aufsetzen, Installieren und Konfigurieren von Computern, Notebooks und Peripheriegeräten
  • Bestellung von Hard\- und Software sowie Verwaltung der entsprechenden Beständen
  • Vorbereitung neuer Arbeitsplätze und technische Einrichtung für neue Mitarbeitende
  • Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Berechtigungen
  • Nutzung und Pflege der ITSM\-Prozesse für konsistente und nachvollziehbare Abläufe
  • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung von Supportporzessen und Standards
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, How\-Tos und Wissenseinträge
  • Bereitschaft zu Piketteinsätzen ca. eine Woche pro Monat

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker Systemtechnik oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im 1st und 2nd Level Support mit sicherer Fehleranalyse.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft SCCM für Softwareverteilung und Clientmanagement
  • Erfahrung mit Intune für Mobile Device und Endpoint Management
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Active Directory und Entra ID für Benutzer und Berechtigungen
  • Praxis im M365 Umfeld inklusive Administration und Support
  • Routine in Installation, Aufsetzen und Konfiguration von Clients und Peripherie
  • Vertraut mit Ticketing\- und ITSM\-Systemen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Klare, sachliche Kommunikation und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
